Passagemaker - Reef Points

We provide a set of patches on the foot and the leach so that when the sail is reefed, the corner loads at the new head and tack are more evenly distributed. These patches help eliminate distortion and wear that can occur after repeated reefing. With X-Drive and Tape-Drive sails, tapes can be laid aft of the luff and parallel to the luff from the between the reef patches. This way the tapes carry the new luff loads of the reefed sail.
