BIG WIN FOR BIG APPLE III IN KOREA

Farr 45, BIG APPLE III, claimed victory in ORC Division I at the 19th Busan Super Cup International Yacht Race earlier this month. The event was a part of the 2024 Asia Sailing Festival which ran from April 25th to May 6th, co-hosted by Busan Metropolitan City Yacht Association and the Fukuoka Yacht Association.

Under the expert guidance of skipper Park Gil-cheol and their exceptional crew, BIG APPLE III dominated ORC Division I, winning line honors in all four races. Their impressive performance translated into three wins and a second-place finish on corrected time, earning them the top spot overall.

BIG APPLE III races with a UK Sailmakers inventory including X-Drive Carbon upwind sails from UK Sailmakers Japan. Their event results are clear, proving once again that X-Drive sails from UK Sailmakers strike a winning balance of performance and durability at a competitive price point.
